Slowly open your chest, making sure that your breathing is smooth and aligned. Once relaxed, breathe out through your nose while slowly pressing your lower back down.

Lift your head off the ground a few inches, allowing it to rest on the bed and open your throat as wide as you can. Breathe in slowly, and exhale slowly.

In one breath, lift your head from the bed and return it to the starting position.
