It is highly recommended to do it in the morning but in reality, each of us has a different biorhythm, a tendency to less active at certain times, and a personal agenda that conditions us. Find out what each moment of the day brings you on the mat!

Whether you are new or regular in yoga practice, you would try to get info about what is the best time to practice yoga. Yoga brings you many health outcomes depends on your time at which you benefits both in the morning and in the afternoon, but differently depending on the time.

“Yoga practice brings many benefits depends on your chosen time” explains yoga expert and instructor, “but it is convenient to practice it at different times in a day depends on your work routine.

Traditionally, in India, it is practiced during the hour before sunrise.

“With the sun salutation your body opens to start a new day with more strength,” he explains.

In the morning you feel sleepy and not much action to practice it. It is much difficult because your body cells are not active to metabolize. After sleeping for eight hours, it is hard to do the postures well, ”says an expert

There are some different times explained to practice yoga:

THE MORNINGS:

NOON:

Whatever your time window, practicing yoga is healthy and positive at any time of the day. Knowing what each strip can bring you, choose the one you feel will best fit you and what you need. And if you are not clear it is as simple as trying and deciding from experience what makes you feel better.
